Sean and I met while I was working at Bethany College in Lindsborg, Kansas. He was a 2005 graduate & we were introduced by mutual friends. One night after a Bethany basketball game Sean asked me "out" ~ and there's pretty much only one place to go when you live in Lindsborg... The 'Ol Stuga of course!
The next night he took me on a "real" date to the movies. We hung out together every night for the next six nights. After a few weeks of .50 cent taco Wednesday's at O'Malleys with Big B, we started running and working out together. :)
At the end of March, we took a little trip to Wichita to watch the Shockers make it into the 2006 Sweet Sixteen! The rest is history!
Our wedding will be in Estes Park, Colorado at Creekside Suites near Rocky Mountain National Park. We both enjoy being in the mountains, and our move last summer to Steamboat confirmed it. The first time we went to Estes Park together, we fell in love with the beauty of the "real" Rockies. The mountains in Estes are so much different than in Steamboat. The jagged peaks and enormous canyons are breathtaking!
We want everyone we love and who are close to us to be able to experience a beautiful and fun weekend away in the mountains!

DIRECTIONS: Creekside Suites is located on 1400 David Drive only 3 miles west of Estes Park along Highway 34 (Fall River Rd). Coming from Estes Park, drive towards the North entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park and Creekside Suites will be on the left hand side of the road.
MENU: Tapas & Cocktail Reception with various hot/cold items and dessert selections individually chosen by Sean & Shawndra to reflect thier individual & shared tastes. Enjoy Signature Cocktails, a Chocolate Fountain, a limited bar with various wine selections and cold Coors Light on tap.
Since many guests will be staying at Estes Condos, we will only have limited transportation to and from the Wedding and Reception. If you need a ride after the reception, we can arrange for a taxi pick-up. We will also have a babysitter (or 2) availble so that the "adults" won't have to worry about calling it an early night! :)

We chose a honeymoon registry rather than traditional gifts because we will have limited space in which to bring gifts home to Steamboat from our wedding in Estes Park and to allow our guests to play a special part in our honeymoon activities! Thank you again for sharing this special day with us!
