Mike and I didn't want to have a wedding. I know that sounds harsh, but it's the truth. We have known for a long time that we'd be married and are looking forward to starting a family. We have our home in Elk Grove and this consumes much of our time, energy, and money. Once our family received wind of our intentions to marry on the hottest day of the year, the wedding planning began. We love our families dearly and they deserve to share in our big day. We will be celebrating our marriage with a wedding at the Ryde Hotel www.rydehotel.com in Walnut Grove about 20 minutes south of Sacramento on July 7th at 1:00p. From Fairfield -
East on Hwy 12 through Rio Vista. Cross the Rio Vista Bridge. Turn left at the signal onto Hwy 160 toward Isleton. Follow Hwy 160 through Isleton and cross the Isleton Bridge (a left turn). Turn right after crossing the bridge and continue 7 miles on Hwy 160 to Ryde.

From Sacramento -
I-5 South approximately 20 minutes to the Twin Cities Road Exit. Turn right off the freeway and follow the signs to Walnut Grove. Turn left on River Road and go through Locke to Walnut Grove. Turn right over the Walnut Grove Bridge at the stop sign, then left onto Highway 160 three miles to Ryde.
