Cleon and I met on February 14, 2001 in Albany, New York while attending a conference. My former boss introduced us at a reception dinner, and it was love at first sight. We danced the night away, and have been inseparable ever since.
He popped the question on December 31, 2004, and I said "Yes". Now, we are ready to party in Maui!!!! Please join us!
Our wedding and reception will be held on Thursday, August 21,2008 at the Olowalu Plantation Estate on the West side of Maui. The Olowalu Estate is a seaside and tropical location, so please dress accordingly. Appropriate dress may include khakis and a white shirt for the men, and flower dresses for the ladies, but in whatever you feel most comfortable is great too. The wedding will begin at 4:30, and the reception will begin shortly thereafter. Please view our blog for detailed wedding information, which will include the wedding itinerary.
For those not renting a vehicle while on Maui, Cleon and I will be providing transportation for our guests to and from the wedding site. The pick up site will be at the Royal Lahaina Hotel, Paki Maui, and the Maui Kaanapali Villas located on Kaanapali Beach on the West Side of Maui. In Kihei, the pick up site will be at the Castle Kamaole Sands (additional pick up locations may be added depending on the hotel accomodations of our guests). For those not renting a car, and not staying in Kaanapali, shuttle services are available at mauishuttle.com and speedishuttle.com. Inquiries about those shuttle services can be made via their website.

The main airport in Maui is the Kahului Airport (OGG) located on the West Side of Maui. If not renting a car, shuttles are available at the airport to bring you to your hotel, or you can pre-arrange your shuttle pick up by making a reservation at mauishuttle.com or speedishuttle.com. Shuttles are much cheaper than a taxi at the airport. For those arriving on the 19th, Cleon or Tanisha will be able to pick you up from the airport and bring you to your hotel. We would love to be the first to welcome you to Maui!
