Dustin and Wendy grew up in Lynchburg Virginia. While they only lived a few miles apart, they never met in that small town. After High school they both attended Virginia Tech, where they also never met. Wendy graduated in 2004; Dustin was set to graduate in 2006. Finally in the spring of 2005 Wendy came back to Virginia Tech for an Alumni Event for Alpha Kappa Psi, a Business Fraternity both Dustin and Wendy had joined. They first met at a Fraternity Football game. Soon after Wendy started coming to Virginia Tech more and Dustin started going home more. Dustin proposed to Wendy on December 25, 2006 at Wendy’s parents annual Christmas Day Night Party. Both Dustin and Wendy’s family was there when Dustin got down on one knee.
Dustin and Wendy will be getting married at First Baptist Church in Downtown Lynchburg. This church has a lot of history including the marriage of Wendy’s Parents Charles and Donna Tucker.

The Reception will be held at West Manor in Forest Virginia from 5:00 – 11:00. This is a bed and breakfast that has beautiful scenery and a grand ballroom. There will be a cocktail hour starting at 5:00 and lasting until the Bridge and Groom arrive. During the cocktail hour drinks and horsd’oeuvres will be served. There will be a slideshow playing in the ballroom of the couple, and Wendy’s Bridal Portraits. The Bride and Groom should arrive approximately at 6:00. After the introductions dinner will be served. Follow dinner be prepared to celebrate the day with dancing and games!

Wendy and Dustin will be traveling to Montego Bay for their Honeymoon! They will be leaving Monday April 7th and staying for 8 nights at Sandals Montego Bay returning April 15th.
