It all started with a simple teenage "you know you're my girl" on May 31, 1995. Elina was seventeen and Shanon, a year older. An unforgettable high school prom weekend now becoming a life partnership. Over the years we've shared friends, families, and dreams. Combining two lives to share one deodorant, one cheese steak, one car, one home, one goal. We've fallen asleep on single beds, grandma's sofa and in the car watching a thunder storm listening to Stevie Wonder. We've road every rollercoaster in the NorthEast and driven through almost every state on the east coast. We've shared times of unforgettable sadness and extreme moments of joy. We've created our legacy. There are not enough words to explain the years together. From teenagers to parents, we have stood beside each other for almost half our lifetime and in that, experienced the true meaning of love, endurance and commitment. A foundation, now to be blessed by God and those we love, on May 31, 2008.
