Raphael Vineyard, Peconic/North Fork, Long Island. Jim is from Long Island and loves this vineyard. He always dreamed of a wedding there. When he took me there, I felt an instant connection. It is a dream come true for the two of us. We will wed right on the lawn facing the grapevines and celebrate inside the gorgeous Italian monastery replica, with wonderful views, wines and food. So peaceful and beautiful!

The drive into Long Island on a Friday afternoon is going to be very long, as everyone leaves New York to go to the Hamptons, etc., for the weekend in the summer. From NJ or NY, you should estimate 4 hours to the location of the hotel in Riverhead. From the hotel to the wedding site, you will need to calcuate 1 more hour. The road to the vineyard is a 2 lane country road, which will be packed with tourist. Therefore, we have arranged for buses to take all of the hotel guests to and from the vineyard. It will leave the hotel at 4 p.m. sharp. Please be there for the ceremony. It is going to be very special!

It took us a long time and many miles from where we both grew up in the north, but we have finally found eachother and we cound not be happier. We are so similar and have so much fun together. We love eachother very much and love each other's family very much. Of course, our wedding day is something we are so looking forward to and we hope to share that moment with you.
