We met the new century way, through an internet dating site. The first time we talked on the phone was for over three hours until the phones finally died. A few days later, we had our first date and ended up not being able to part and spent the whole night talking in Mike's truck sitting in Tami's driveway. We have been together ever since, which is a year and a half now.

Mike surprised Tami with a proposal on Christmas morning in the guise of a Christmas gift in a big box. Tami thought it was the Charger's jersey he wasn't very sneaky about getting and was totally surprised to find out it was an engagement ring with a note that said "Will you marry me?". Quite romantic, to say the least.

We chose The Gardens in Toquerville, Utah because it is beautiful and romantic and perfect for what we pictured. There are three gazebos connected to an indoor reception hall that has a nice view of Pine Valley Mountain. There are lots of pretty flowers and greenery all around as well. It will have a warm friendly atmosphere for our big day!!!

We are going to the San Diego area for our honeymoon and hope to have some nice days alone together (with no kids) to start off our new marriage. Of course there are endless possibilities for numerous activities, It is Southern California where the sky is the limit!!!

We both hope to see you at our wedding and reception and that you will join us in or celebration of our new future together.
