It all started on a hot evening in May 2001 at the Prince Georges Sports and Learning Complex track. I was coaching the team that both our daughters ran on. Since the team was preparing to go to an out of town track meet that Loraine wasn’t able to make she asked me to keep an eye out for her child. I’d always noticed her at practices and meets so when she approached me it was a fairytale come true! Needless to say I was at a total lost for words. Once I composed myself I told her that it would be a delight to watch over my future stepdaughter. From there our conversation increased, friendship blossomed and love happened! Five years later here we are ready to spend life together. I can say that Loraine is truly my best friend and on April 21, 2006 she agreed to become my wife.
Our union will take place at the Prince Georges Ballroom in Landover, MD on Friday, September 1, 2006 promptly at 7 pm. We request that all guest arrive no later than 6:30 pm dressed in semi-formal attire. Directions to the PG Ballroom:

Follow I-95 South Into Maryland. Merge onto I-495 S / I-95 S / CAPITAL BELTWAY toward RICHMOND VA / ANDREWS AFB. Take MD-202 W / LANDOVER RD via EXIT 17B toward BLADENSBURG. Follow for 2.6 miles. Turn LEFT onto PINEBROOK AVE. Cont straight.
The reception will start promptly at 8:30 PM inside the Prince George's Ballroom.
Light appetizers will be available while the wedding party is being photographed. The main course will consist of Roasted Sirloin or Rotisserie Chicken and Sweet Corn, Green Beans and Garlic Dill New Potatoes.
For guests that are traveling from out of state please note that Reagan National Airport (DCA) and Baltimore Washington International Airport (BWI) are the closet airports.
