We both met in the year 2003 at Brunswick Bowling Alley in Columbia, MD, where we both were in a Thursday night bowling league. It started off as Woody coming to the salon to get his hair braided, and that eventually grew into a relationship.
We began to grow closer on both a personal and spiritual level. After both seeking and listening to the Lord, we decided to pursue a relationship that would be pleasing to the Lord and prepare for a life long partnership together. We ask that you all continue to keep us in your prayers as we embark on this journey.
When we join as one, husband and wife, we will become a family of 5; Shyla and Woody, Jelani, Kaiya, Zi'yon, Ariyah, and Denim, who are excited as well to become brother and sisters!
Welcome everyone to our wedding website! We will wed on November 4, 2006, which is also our anniversary day of our first date in Atlantic City, NJ.
After two great years together, we are looking forward to having our dream wedding in Negril, Jamaica. Our ceremony and reception will be held on the wonderful beach at the Grand Lido in Negril resort. It's absolutely beautiful there and we know you will all agree.
Formal wear is expected at the wedding, that again will be on Saturday, 4 November 2006, at 2 p.m.
